There are a few early pregnancy signs and symptoms that you can look for such as late in the period, having morning sickness, frequent urination and swollen or tender breast. These are the few significant symptoms which most people will experience during early pregnancy, and of course the most reliable confirmation is to do the pregnancy test.

Of course, the obvious could be the case. Is she gaining weight? Are her breast getting larger? Is she sleeping a lot more? Is she nauseated a lot? Is she throwing up? You should ask her. It will help if she can talk to you about it.

They're same as they would be for an adult. The earlier symptoms are morning sickness, larger breasts nausea, bloating and increased appetite. Just ask her and be there for her.

The biggest indicator would be morning sickness. Also signs can include frequent urination, breast enlargement, having a higher body temperature.

Pregnancy symptoms for teens are the same as they are for anyone, being overly tired, frequent urination, overly sensitive, and morning sickness. If your teen seems to be very sensitve and upset all the time try talking with her in a calm non accusing manner.

It would probably be the exact same for an adult that is pregnant. Is she suffering from what appears to be morning sickness? Is she tired more often? etc.
