What are the nutrition facts for Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

My kids are begging me to buy this cereal.

Next time you're at the store, preferably without the kids, pick up a box of the cereal and check out the nutritional data on the size panel. You can also read about this cereal at the General Mills website. Pay attention to the serving size for which the data is given.

One serving (3/4 c) is 130 calories and about 3 grams of fat - without milk. If you decide to buy this, keep in mind that it is high in calcium, low in saturated fat, high in a lot of vitamins (like vitamin A and B12) and has 30% iron! So it tastes great and it's good for your kids!

There is 130 calories for 3/4 of a cup of this cereal. There are no trans fats or cholesterol. But there is 9.9 grams of sugar per serving and probably one reason why the kids love it.
