What are the laws in real estate for a tenant leaving without a 30-days notice?

I think I'm entitled to two more months of rent.

Matter regarding notice should be detailed in the lease, which is a contract. If there is no lease, there is no required notice.

You're only entitled to lost rents. If tenant hasn't fullfilled term of lease, you are entitled to every month its vacant until end of lease, as long as you are actively seeking a new tenant. If tenant has payed through term of lease, you can only hold them liable for an additional month's rent.
