There are no "laws for military wives and their husbands." The individual in the military may be subject to some rules and standards of the military, but the spouse is not. The spouse is a civilian and is subject to civil law.

Military Members are governed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice as well as local government when the Military gives them jusidiction. Spouses are only bound by the local/federal laws and the military has no jurisdiction over them. If a spouse commits a crime on base/post, they are normally turned over to the local authorities as the Military can't prosecute.

In the military, you must abide the Uniform Code of Military Justice as well as local, state and federal law. Your spouse is a civilian so UCMJ does not apply. You are expected to behave in a manner that is "becoming" with regard to your marriage.

Adultery is enforced by the military. You cannot cheat on your wife, and vice versa or you will be court martialed.

This is a very vague question. You will need to talk to an officer in charge of family issues to get more specific information.
