McDonald's hamburger consists of 100% pure USDA inspected beef; no additives, no fillers, no extenders. The bun is made with a dough conditioner consisting of corn starch, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, calcium peroxide, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide,and enzymes. Add to that ketchup, mustard, pickle slices, dehydrated onions, salt, pepper, and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed and soybean).

McDonald's says their patties are: "100% pure USDA inspected beef; no fillers, no extenders. Prepared with grill seasoning (salt, black pepper)." I don't think they're lying, since that would be very illegal. But they're probably not using the tastiest parts of the cow - I'd imagine it's largely junk meat.

A mcdonald`s burger consists of a beefburger with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spices and their own big mac sauce. All beefburgers have one hundred per cent juicy beef and are cuts from forequarter and flank. There are no fillers or additives in their beefburgers just whole beef.

Ingredients which are used in production of McDonald's burger are Ground chuck, Small hamburger buns, Hamburger dill slices, dried and chopped onion, frozen beef patty, sesame seed, real American cheese(optional)with McDonald's burger Seasoning - salt,Accent?(MSG),ground black pepper,onion powder, Mustard, Ketchup and wax paper .

Well, McDonald's claims there is no fillers in their beef patties. I quote the Mcdonald's nutrition site. "100% Beef Patty. 100% pure USDA inspected beef; no fillers, no extenders. Prepared with grill seasoning (salt, black pepper)." The other items in a cheese burger are: Regular Bun, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle Slices, and Onions.
