Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria is a must see, also visit the Hofbräuhaus (famous beer hall) in Munich. You can still see parts of the Berlin Wall in Berlin and check out Brandenburg Gate while there. The Palace of Justice in Nuremberg is where the famous Nazi War Trails were held.

You could go to the Alps because they are the highest mountain range in all of Europe but you probably want to see some buildings so I would reccomen The Arch, The Baby Berlin, and The Neuschwanstein Castle are some really great and historical places you may want to check out while you are there.

I would definitely visit the remants of the Berlin wall. I found that when I went it was one of the most breath-taking things that I have ever seen. We had our children with us and it was a great educational tool.
