Invetro fertilization is very safe. These techniques are designed for couples that are having trouble getting pregnant. The process is very similar to how it occurs naturally.

There are no confirmed statistics about this yet. IVF babies have been born with rare birth defects and some people think it is because they are IVF babies.

The only real risk is that your body will have to work harder to keep the baby alive. Otherwise there is no other real risk.

It is hard to predict the side effects of IVF treatment. Doctors say that the risks are closer to 0%, but they never tell you the truth, so you need to be careful with your pregnancy.

IVF babies can be just as healthy as those conceived through less invasive means. IVF just gives you a better chance of getting pregnant since you are introducing an egg already fertilized with sperm into the uterus.

There is no substantial difference between an IVF baby and the other one. If you are considered, then please ask your doctor.
