You may review resumes to determine if the person has the qualifications required for the job. You may do background checks and criminal record checks on applicants. You may schedule interviews for applicants or their drug testing. You may post job positions online and remove them as filled.

im was told that they are there for the employer or the company your working for but there not there just to make people think they are help when not
