For the most part, vinegar is a very helpful substance. But prolonged use of ingested vinegar as a medicine can lead to osteoporosis and hypokalemia.

If you mix vinegar with certain chemicals it will cause extreme amounts of pressure and cause a large burst that could cause face injuires or chemical burns depending on the other ingrediant.
