There are 13 and are called The Articles of Faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They were first published in the Nauvoo Times and Seasons on March 1, 1842. The first one is as follows, "We believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost."

Joseph Smith implemented many doctrines in The Doctrine and Covenants (LDS Scripture). One is the Word of Wisdom (food and drink limitations), eternal marriage, baptism for the dead, polygamy (also known as celestial marriage) and the belief that the LDS church is the ONLY true church on the earth today.
