In an informal interview, we usually meet the person one on one and there is no format we really have to follow. It is like a casual meeting in which you ask the questions. Informal interview helps to take the pressure of that person and your results might be more valid.

They can be in any setting, including on job site, in a restaurant, or over the phone. The job-seeker will likely be asking the questions, so be prepared.
