Good leaders are morally centered and respected for not just doing things right but doing the right thing. Good leaders may also be defined by their effectiveness in stimulating followers to make the best contribution possible to a group effort.

A good leader is one who can act decisively and know how to effectively delegate responsibility. This person will set the kind of example that others will want to follow.
