What are the best exercises for hip buttocks pain?

I am having hip and buttocks pain.

The best exercises for your hip pain is to stop sitting on it and get up and walk. Most of the time walking alone will do miracles for your pain.

Three simple hip buttock pain relief exercises can do at home. The wall squat, the bridge and the bird dog exercises are them. I all of them repeated five times daily, you get a tremendous relief from this pain.
