What are the best biceps exercises to do if you do not own weights?

I need bicep exercises without weights.

Pull-ups and push-ups don't require any weights, and they're good for biceps. Also, you can use ordinary objects like books or cans of food as weights for bicep curls.

You can use other things around the house as a replacement for weights. If you have large cans of food lying around use those. You can also use other heavy objects.

Push-ups are a classic exercise that help you to work your biceps, as well as several other muscles. Another solution would be to use improvised weights. A weight is just something heavy; it does not have to be a dumbell. Try doing curls with a gallon of milk or water!

You could try a simple classic approach like doing sit ups or push ups. Another tactic is to pull on chords for about ten minutes a day. Fancy excercise equipment is made for this task, but it would be cheaper to rig something up at home.
