Depends on what exercise you are preforming age,gender, and what your goals are. Cardio training = less overall stress load on the heart, more stamina, better use of oxygen, reduced fat, feeling better, gets toxins out of your body, decreases chances of injury,stronger lungs, and its a good way to relive stress

Exercise is key to any healthy lifestyle. Increasing your heart rate on a regular basis will improve your fitness by decreasing your normal resting heart rate. This allows your heart to work less hard on a daily basis, which is good for your body's health level. The more you exercise, the more efficient your heart will be.
