What are the advantages of cooking with a vertical water smoker?

Vertical water smokers can accomodated more product by using a vertical shelving system. This allows more product to be layered and this also allows the smoke to be more evenly distributed, creating a more uniform flavor in the smoked product. This type of smoker usually takes up less space than conventional smokers.

They are stable to temperatures and can be adjusted according to our need of temperatures.They have relatively lower cost compared to others .It use charcol and wood which can be collected from anywhere.Here water in bowl between the two walls to create water steam is used,this way it is low cost, economical, natural smoker.

The best thing about using this type of equipment is that the food - either meat or fish - stays really moist during the cooking, and gives great results!

Flavor is the main advantage of water smokers. You can add different wood chips for diffrent flavcors, or you can add different liquids to the water pan. Wine will five one flavor, beer will give a distinctly different flavor. Any seasning added to the meat will be more intense.

although I have never used one, I have worked in a restaurant that used a wood smoker, and after doing some reading I can tell you why it would be better to have a water smoker. the temperature can be more easily regulated, which is easier than stoking a fire
