The main symptoms of throat cancer are pretty simple: difficulty swallowing, obstructive pain in the throat, difficulty speaking, strange voice, sometimes even difficulty breathing. Early stages have no specific symptoms.

Sore throat, cough, pain, difficulty swallowing that doesn't seem to go away. Sore in mouth that doesn't heal. Swelling on the outside of the jaw and cheek area. Weight loss.
