The signs and symptoms of kidney failure may include decreased urinary output, edema in the lower legs and feet, drowsiness, shortness of breath, confusion, tiredness, seizures or coma.

At the beginning there will be no symptoms but later on you won't be able to pass stool and won't be able to collect water. Your red blood count will lessen causing anemia which causes weakness. Waste will build in the blood and cause loss of appetite.
