The first thing I would do is find out who the birthday person's favorite pop star is and go from there. Playing the pop star's CD's or videos, any favors featuring the star, a picture of the star on top of the cake would all be a few ideas.

For the main party activity rent a karaoke machine, or use a singing game like SingStar on PS3. There are also karaoke DVDs you can buy.

Make sure your daughter has a microphone. Fake ones can be found at walmart. Turn on the radio and let the girls show off there popstar moves.

Make it inexpensive by purchasing solid color items that match the pop star's style. Usually purple and hot pink. Get a kareoke machine and let the girls perform. You can decorate the entrance as a red carpet event. Have fun!!!

Have all the kids dress up like a pop star, or have some costumes available there. Then, you can have a karaoke machine with a microphone set up and let them sing.
