You can have a sleep over and make the room like a tent, make popcorn, pizza, soda and play games. Pick a theme that the boys would like. Take all the children to a museum and stat over night. Take the kids to the zoo for an over night camp out. If they like sports take them to a game.

Renting out a chuck e cheese, or any other themed amusement place which is designed for seven year olds is a great idea. Going to the movies, or any other interests the child might have (sporting event, show, play, going swimming, bowling, etc) are all great ideas in which they should enjoy.

It depends whether it is a boy or a girl. Disney themes are always very popular. I'd stick with one theme and get accessories (colored plates, napkins, silverware, and decorations) from the Dollar Store.
