There are practically no specific scriptures that reference child baptism. That is one reason why it is fairly controversial. But, Acts 10:47-48, might be a good verse to use. It tells the story of the centurion Cornelious who had a vision from God, then asked that Peter baptize his whole family. Nice passage.

In the bible there is no reference to baptizing 'children'. However in Acts Ch 16 and also Mark Ch 16, we are told to believe and be baptised. Therefore when children or babies are baptised at their parents request, the infant most likely does not believe, due to their age.

There are no specific references to children being baptized in scripture, making infant/child baptism controversial in some circles. Some passages that are appropriate include Luke 18:15-16, Acts 2:38-39, and Romans 6:1-4, 6, 7, 13. Other references to Baptism in scripture include 1Corinthians 1:13-17, 10:1, 12:13, Galatians 3:27, Ephesians 4:5, 5:26, Colossians 2:12, Hebrews 6:2, and 1Peter 3:18-20.
