Before going to the doctor make a list of questions. Ask about your vital signs, blood work results and anything preventitive that you can do to keep you healthy.

Start keeping a note pad with your questions written down before you go in. Your questions will depend on what you are being treated for. If there is medication involved, you should be advised if it interacts with any other medication you are taking, it is habit forming? What are the side effects?

Well start off by writing your questions down before you go to the doctor. Ask him why you are forgetting things. Ask your doctor is there anything that you need to do to better your health.

Write your questions down on paper before you go to the doctor. If you need to write the answers down too. Then you will not forget what you were saying.

Before going to the doctor, write down your questions on a white sheet. Re-read the questions before entering into consultation room. This will serve the problem.
