There are two ways to say "I love you" in Norwegian. If you're serious about the relationship to the soul-mate degree, you say "Jeg elsker deg" but if the feeling is less intense, you simply say "Du betyr så mye for meg", which means "You mean so much to me".

"Jeg Elsker Deg", stronger than "I love You". Du betyo sa mye for meg, you mean so much to me.
