In order to be successfull within the sport of paintball there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration. Having a good amount of surplus ammo is always important due to excitement of the game and ability to run out of ammo rather quickly. Also, finding cover is a huge part of being successfull in paintball.

Don't wipe paint off if you get hit. If you get hit, don't call yourself out right away. Find some cover and have a referee paint check you.

1. have fun!. If you want to play well you need to know your field. Also communicate, having a good strategy with team-mates will save you from getting shot( alot).

A tip for paintball is to be aggressive. You must run and attack the other team, you can't just sit back and expect to win.

One should wear as much protective clothing as possible when playing paintball. A direct hit can cause a welt or bruising. Be certain to wear goggles and old clothes when playing. Hide and sneak up on your opponents. Also play when its dry out and not raining its more fun!
