What are some Middle Eastern spices?

I saw on a cooking show that they don't really use curry.

Some spices used in middle eastern cooking are, Alto Pepper, Baharat, Chai Spice Mix, Cinnamon, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek Seeds, Mint Leaves, Paprika, Rose Water, and Sumac.

They tend to use many aromatics. They also tend to be the basis of their food. Among them are cardamom, anise, curry, red chili, saffron, cumin, nutmeg, turmeric, sumac, caraway, allspice, cinnamon and allspice.
