A wonderful rub for pork that is easy and you may even have it already is Old Bay Seasoning! I coat my ribs with plenty of Old Bay on both sides as well as top and bottom and then let them sit in the 'fridge for several hours before moving them to a med/slow grill with indirect heat. mmmmmmmm-mmmmmmmmm!

Living in the south I am very familiar with dry rubs for pork. Most of them have salt, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, pepper, and onion powder as a base.

Some ideas for a pork spare ribs grill rub recipe would be to prepare them and then cook it. You could grill them on a George Foreman grill indoors or on an outdoors grill.

What I would do is dip the spare ribs in honey mustard. Maybe salt and pepper before that. Of course you would have to spray the ribs with PAM or something before grilling.
