Depending on what position your sleep apnea is worse in you can avoid it by laying on your side. Also sleeping propped up helps to ensure your airway stays open.

Homeopathy believes in the 'law of similars' -- for instance, if a certain substance causes vomiting, in dilution it will cure vomiting. This dilution, however, is to such a degree that most homeopathic remedies do not work, as they primarily consist of ethanol and water. Sleep apnea is a very serious condition and should be treated by a medical professional.

Home remedies that can help are those that may help keep the airway open, such as sleeping while sitting in a more upright position, wearing a t-shirt with a tennis ball pinned into the back, or propping pillows and objects around you to prevent rolling over onto your back.
