You can pick up tiles at the store that match your stone and break them up with a hammer and mosaic them on the bar top. You can use grout that matches the stone or use white, whichever you prefer. You can cover the bar top with glass for a chic look also.

Use a tile that compliments the natural stone of the yard. You can use slate irregular shaped slate or sandstone tiles for the bar surface for example.
