What are some good stretching programs for someone who is wanting to get back into shape?

If you want to get into shape quickly and effectivly using stretches then programs such as Hot Yoga, yoga and palates will be extremely helpful. There should be plenty of books an dvds in your local store.

Pilates is the best way to stretch and elongate your muscles. It is a gentle but hard exercise using the resitance and weight of your own body

You can do some regular stretching based on a google search but honestly if you want to stretch out your whole body then you have to go to yoga. Go do hot yoga it's really good.

Good work outs can be found in the internet. They key is that you need to do it daily for at least 1 hour and diet at the same time.

I definitely recommend yoga- these are gentle stretching exercises that both stretch and strengthen your body. They are excellent as a starter for those not in shape as they can be done at different levels of both strength and endurance. After you have mastered some basic yoga routines you can move to more difficult and challenging routines.

Yoga, yoga is a good exrcise for those who want to slim fast.. course it stretch our bosy musule and make us more relax and refresh when you are doing yoga,it help us to tone down and frim out our body, it have some breathing metond and correct purpose..it good for our body
