Visit the Amazon website. There are a couple of titles that may be of interest. Also check professional journals for recommendations. Books on this topic may be consider a bit esoteric and may not have gone into mass distribution through the big retailers.

Creative Stonesetting by John Cogswell is a good book and should be available for about 35 dollers from an internet bookshop. Another one is The Art of Diamond Setting by Ray Schow that will be useful for Diamonds and other stones that are similar to diamonds that work on the same principle.
