Towels to match the bathroom are always welcome. Nice wall pictures and area rugs are thoughtful gifts. Some of your favorite recipes with the ingrediants to make the dishes would help the person trying to get moved. For the person who has everything why not get them a newspaper subscription.

For the person who has everything, subscribe to the local newspaper for them. A lot of people would appreciate maybe something for their lawn.

The list is so huge that I shall narrow it down to signs. A hand-crafted indoor, "home sweet home" or "God bless this house" could be very nice. Perhaps an exterior wooden sign with the new occupants last name etched into it. Another exterior sign might say "Welome!".
