Tasty casseroles that freeze well and are easy to reheat are: shepherds pie, lasagna, and chicken-broccoli-cheese. Also, consider ethnic options such as mild enchiladas, and mild meat or vegetarian curry.

A great frozen casserole is a pizza-spaghetti casserole. Cook some noodles in water, then move them into a 9"x13" baking dish. Add about 1 can of marinara sauce, pepperoni, and some browned hamburger. Stir it and top with cheese. Bake for about 1 hour. Freeze & enjoy!

Some casseroles that freeze well: lasagna, macaroni and cheese, and chicken "pot pie". For chicken pot pie, put the pot pie filling into an 8x8 inch aluminum pan and freeze it. When you're ready to cook it, defrost it on the counter for a few hours and then top the pie filling with uncooked biscuits and bake.
