Some exercises you should concentrate on are bench press, squats, bicep curl, shoulder press, leg press, leg extension, military press, tricep curl, squats, etc. In addition, practice wind sprints and getting your speed up, as well as tackling drills.

One of the best defensive lineman workouts for high school is old fashion windsprints. A lineman that can run a sub 5 forty is an effective one.

I would do a ton of lifting and running. But you will need to keep a regular diet plan in place
