I think that you mean you want good orthopedic desk chairs... chairs that promote good posture to relieve and prevent low back pain. Any chair that keeps you upright in an alert position is good. I like Sealy myself.

They do cost a lot of money compared to a regular office chair but the best chiropractic chairs come from a company called sharper image.

The best chair for you depends on how tall you are. Your feet should touch flat on the floor from where you sit. If you are short you may need a foot rest.

If by chiropractic you mean ergonomic, the Bitsum Adjustable Executive is a good choice. It's what I use at my office, and can be adjusted in many ways.
