What are some good birthday surprises?

Some good birthday surprises can be getting someone that special gift that have been wanting, like a new flat screen tv, an ipod touch, or anything that interesting. Sometimes a surprise party that is thrown for them is good too. Also having all of their friends within one building is a good birthday surprise.

The best birthday surprise to me would be a surprise birthday party which I have never had, another good surprise would be a great present, one that the person would never expect to get but would love to have.
