These are a few of my favorites from China. Fried Custard made with Sesame seeds, Powdered sugar, Flour, Sugar,Water,Eggs beaten,Vanilla, Cornstarch, and Cooking oil. Honey Sponge Cake is to die for. Mango ice cream and sweet wontons are also a big hit. For the wontons add bananas, almonds, and dates. use powdered sugar and cinnamon to dust.

You can try a simple Chinese "tong sui" dessert soup, like papaya in a ginger-syrup soup. First slice up some ginger, then boil it in water with some honey and sugar. When the sugar has dissolved, add cut up papaya to it. Boil for a few minutes, then serve when it is nice and hot.

Asians are not know for their desserts. But they make a soft pound, stuffed buns with meats, black bean paste. They also make a bun with shredded pork with barbecue sauce. There are almond cookies and moon cakes. Google to find the recipes.
