The term "iced out" is typically in reference to diamonds. If someone says, "I want a really iced out ring", it means they want a ring full of large diamonds. Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets can also be considered "iced out" if they have lots of diamonds on them.

Real iced out jewelry doesn't usually last long so there aren't a lot of examples due to the piece melting before it reaches a camera. Really fine iced out jewelry is really thin and melts as soonas you touch it.
