The major ones are drinking and driving, drinking to an excess, receiving a ticket for underage drinking and/or passing out. If done on an occassion or two, no serious damage should be done to the liver or other organs, unless again, done to an excess.

A person who is under the legal drinking age is usualy not able to know what is safe or not. A young woman could be raped by her companion if she drinks to much. Other effects are accidents in cars. Young people who drink to much do not realize the effects drinking has on their judgement.
