"Up" is now in, very easy care, utilizing accessories more than process (scarfs, etc.) 50's/60's is IN, so the straight to shoulder with a flip, ie Laura Petrie is VERY in. Layered is back too, the more layers the better. Shags are said to be back, but I say NO- not flattering to most faces.

My hair is shoulder length, mostly one length, though the hair around my face has been angled because I have a round face. Then, I have bangs across my forehead that are longer on the sides than in the middle. This style is pretty easy, I just use straightening balm and use a straightener in curved strokes to add volume.

Long layers look good with shoulder length hair. It's also cute to get face-framing angles blended in with your layers and to try a side-swept bang that blends in with those face framing layers too.

My favorite is the slightly messy, tossed, beach look. This involves light, messy curls that is the perfect mix of laid back and no effort. It is a very sexy style because it is down, and tends to be featured on a lot of models, particularly Victorias's Secret girls who are the epitome of sex appeal.

Shoulder length hair has lots of options because you can style it in buns and ponys, but you could also layer it and it would look cute down. Straight or curly, everything works.

Try flipping out your hair, and wear it down, that style is in. Or you can try doing the "poof" tease your bangs, pin them back, and either wear it up in a pony tail, or clip, or wear it all down, straight or curled. You can purchase hot rollers, and put them in for beach waves.
