First draw a line in the middle of the word document. Then, design a half page design on the top half. Then, copy and paste onto the bottom half. Or, if you want a full page invitation, simply design a whole page including pictures, information, and any design elements and print on nice paper.

The Microsoft website has many templates available for just about anything you might need. Just go to microsoft, and under the Office tab, select Templates and find the one the appeals to you. You can either download it for later use, or create it onsite. Either way, it's free.

One easy way is to use Powerpoint. You can open a presentation in the program, consisting of one slide. Do you have a picture of where you are graduating at, or the physical address? All of these can easily be added to your graphic. Once you have completed your invitaion simply attach it to an email and send it out.

With Microsoft word or paint programs, you can create your own invites. From Microsoft Office, you can choose a template to work with, such as the Microsoft Word Graduation Party Template. Free templates, clipart and image downloads are also available in Microsoft Office. If you want a photo on your announcement card, you can use Microsoft Picture Manager.

Well you don't necessarily have to make them on Microsoft but if you want to. Just type it up and use word and clip art to guide you. Half the page should be used.

Go to the microsoft templates and use one of them to make your graduation invitations. There you can just fill in the blank and you do not have to make them on your own.
