Women like men that are subtly confident, but not cocky. But sure of your self. Dress classy and notice little things about your date, like favorite flower, etc.

Be well groomed and well dressed. Act with self confidence. Take her to a nice place for dinner. Spend a lot of time talking on the phone getting to know her. The more she likes you, the more she will want to spend more time with you. Ask her a lot of questions about herself. She'll think you're great conversationalist.
