Insulate all outlets that are on the outside walls. Where your floor cap molding is be sure there are no gaps, use clear chaulk. Putty windows. Make insulated tubes to go under the doors for the winter. They do sell these for $20.00. I used scrap material to make.

One simple project would be to replace your thermostat. For a little over $100 you can install a programable one. The replacement will pay for itself in 1-2 years.
