Fullbacks eat basically the same type of diet any football player would consume. The diet is usually high in protein and well balanced. Chicken and beef along with vegetables and fruit are a good mixture of foods to eat. You might also want to eat smaller mealers more often (4-5 times a day)

Because of the amount that you are probably working out, you don't have to worry about anything other than getting plenty of protein and a full serving of all your vitamins and minerals.

Fullbacks are generally very stocky players, who have extremely good upper and lower body strength (and weight). A high carb diet would be appropriate, blended in with some fats, and obviously, a lot of breads and cereals. A lot of meat would be good, as well as a high serving of vegetables.

Fullbacks are generally very big men (compact), so eating a diet which will help you gain weight would be vital (this diet should contain a lot of carbs, breads and meats and vegetables).

Like most football players, high carbs and a lot of breads. Meats and vegetables obviously as well, and try and avoid the dairy (bloats the system). Since gaining weight isn't such a bad thing either, hitting the dessert menu wouldn't be so bad either!

You have to eat, eat, and eat. It is so important to consume a lot of protein each day.you need to get about five to seven meals in a day.
