Maybe guppies, but freshwater blue and pearl gouramis eat planaria the best but only if the tank has enough light so that the gouramis can actually see the tiny planaria. Planaria are harmless and are normally found in healthy aquariums. Perform more frequent partial water changes and partial gravel vacs.

Mollies and Tiger Barbs will eat planaria. The best way to kill all planaria is to do small water changes frequently and vacuum the gravel where the planaria live.
