Generally you need to rest a pulled muscle. Let your body mend. RICE is an easy way to remember Rest, Ice, Compresion and Elevation. Wait for the pain to stop.

I assume you mean trapezius muscle. First, you should take ibuprofen to reduce inflammation. Next, you should actually rest the muscle as much as possible. If you're going to stretch, stop immediately if you feel pain. And don't stretch for more than 5 minutes at a time.

Just make sure you are resting because u dont want to hurt it over again. U can try going in the hot tub and getting a massage from someone. U can also try icing the area. stay off it for a couple weeks if its that bad

Stretch trapezius (trapezoid) muscle by bending your head to the right (right ear to right shoulder) for about 1 minutes. Repeat on other side. Turn your head slightly right. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat. Clasp both hands in back. Try to pull both hands upward for about 10 seconds.

This is a painful muscle injury that you must take care of. Take some ibuprofen to help with the swelling, and don't do any stretching or reaching with your shoulders or back. Right after the injury you should apply ice, but two or three days into it you should switch to applying heat pads to help the muscle heal.

You should take one or two ibuprofen. This should ease the pain and reduce inflammation. Continue taking one pill every 6 hours until the muscle has made a full recovery.
