What are natural ways to heal from a sickness related to a miscarriage?

I am going through a miscarriage and would like to let nature take its course instead of seeking medical care.

Why would you risk your life like this? I know the pain of losing a child is very heartbreaking. Though you should not give up on your own life because of grief. You should seek medical care so that you can try to have children again. Death is a natural part of life, though you shouldn't be seeking to die.

The main reason for seeking medical care after a miscarriage is to ensure that all the tissue has been eliminated from the womb, so an infection does not start. There are several herbal possibilities to make the uterus contract, but these are no more "natural" then a doctor's examination.

I'm sorry for your loss, but you really should get medical care during this time to make sure everything is going right. However, it's your right to do as you wish. If you would like to try to help yourself you should make sure you get plenty of rest and take your Vitamins. Try taking extra Vitamin C too.

If your goal is to "just let nature take it's course" you don't DO anything! But you knew that. Just sit on the sofa until you croak. I might suggest you consider your friends, family and life instead of this cowardly "pity me" though. Suicide by drama is selfish.

Depending on how far along you are in the pregnancy you may have no choice but to have medical treatment. Other wise you could get plenty of rest and take advil for the pain.
