What are good shoulder exercises for golfers?

You want to strengthen your shoulder muscles and keep your flexibility. One good exercise is doing pushups. Series of ten will not cause tearing of muscle and will help build strength. Using handheld dumbbells in a series of exercises is also good ( lifting out away from body, curls, raising weight over head, etc )

The best shoulder exercises for golfers would be the overhead press, lateral raise and both external and internal rotation. Stretching is also very important to avoid injury.
