Good questions would depend on what you need done to your vehicle. I guess you can start by asking what kind of schools they have had and get recommendations.

It all depends on what your trying to get outa him . if your looking to buy a car ask is it sound does it passs inspection?

If buying a used car key questions key to ask a mechanic are , Has the odometer been tampered with? Does the frame of the automobile appear straight? Does the engine appear well sealed with no leaking gaskets? Does the automobile run without skipping or smoking? Clean CarFax report?

My oil has been changed regularly and all upkeep has been done per milage on my vehicle, what should my compresion be and whatis my compression currently at? What else can I do to get the full life out of my motor and drive train other than normal upkeep and fluid changes?
