There are a number of fungal diseases common to apple trees, including; fire blight, scab, cedar apple rust, powdery mildew, and black rot. Common pests are the codling moth, apple maggot, and curculio beetle.

Apple scab is a fungal disease which leaves brown or black pimples first on leaves then on the fruit. Powdery Mildew causes grey powdery coating on the leaves whereas black rot causes small brown spots on the fruit which grows. Fire Blight causes scorching of foliage up one side.

Some gray color on the leaves and holes in leaves are comes,many flys are the cause for destroy of tree,and fungus also be affected.
