The pagan holidays are Yule which is during the winter solstice, Imbolc which is February 2nd, Ostara which is during the spring equinox, Beltaine is May 1st, Litha is during the summer solstice, Lughnasadhis August 2nd, Mabon is during the autumn equinox and Samhain is October 31st. So they are different times than Christian holidays.

A whole list of pagan holidays could easily be found online, but, yes, most pagan holidays were appropriated by the church and converted to Christian holidays. This was done in order to persuade the pagan public that they were already celebrating Christian holy days and make their forced conversion to Christianity a little easier.
